Bananas Foster
Developed in New Orleans at Brennan’s Restaurant , a decadent dessert named for Owen’s friend, Richard Foster, a local civic and business leader. Bananas are sautéed in butter and sugar and cinnamon and then bathed in rum, which is set aflame in a fiery burst. The fire burns off the alcohol in the rum, leaving just a smoky taste and rum flavor. This delicious concoction is usually created tableside to impress, will now be your favorite ice cream.
Hazelnut Hot Chocolate
A rich chocolate and Nutella blended ice cream swirled with toasted marshmallow fluff. Feels perfect to cozy up by a fire or to take a blanket and curl up for a movie night.
Cherry Chocolate Chip
A fully embraced cherry ice cream is enhanced with chunks of dark chocolate. This becomes a perfect match for the Valentine’s of sweet and decadence.
Pistachio
